Support through every stage of the dementia journey

A dementia diagnosis is a cause of worry. It brings practical, emotional, and financial concerns and pressures that can feel overwhelming. You do not have to face them alone.

Our team works alongside you and your family to provide ongoing, personalised support – at your pace, on your terms.

We give you a named contact who gets to know your situation and will be a consistent support throughout.

Support at every stage

A dementia diagnosis has psychological, emotional, biological, and physical consequences. Our support packages are designed to help you address each of these areas with tailored, ongoing care.

From the moment you join our service, you will have one dedicated contact – a person who knows your story, understands your situation, and is available to answer your questions and support you when you need it most. You will not have to repeat yourself to a different person every time you call.

How we help families

Dementia affects not just the individual, but their whole family. In the early stages, it is common for memory problems or personality changes to be noticed more by loved ones than the person themselves. This is why planning and support for carers is so important.
